As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL MILCHSTORE.COM orders are shipped out of Livorno, Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE LOWER VALUES OR THE ITEMS AS GIFTS AS PER INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS.

MILCHSTORE.COM shipments outside of the European Union are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees.

Payment of these IMPORT FEES is the sole responsibility of the Client.

Orders are shipped from MILCHSTORE.COM in Livorno, Italy - Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Orders with available merchandise are shipped the morning after order placement from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday).

We remind first-time Clients that MILCHSTORE.COM will request Banca Intesa San Paolo to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification will delay immediate shipping.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from MILCHSTORE.COM specifying the tracking number.

Clients can trace the shipments on the UPS website: www.ups.com

Open www.ups.com and enter the Tracking Number in the field provided for “tracking” shipment. The web page will change and show the exact movements of the parcel as recorded by the courier.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by UPS and/or MILCHSTORE.COM.

Items Availability

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of MILCHSTORE.COM by Pari SRL including warehouses and stores.

Once the order is processed by the Orders Department MILCHSTORE.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with MILCHSTORE.COM. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

MILCHSTORE.COM by Pari SRL, with its legal headquarters in Vicolo san Vincenzo, 21 – 57100, Livorno, Italy – provider of the services and activities available in the web site MILCHSTORE.COM, may use the personal data, voluntarily provided by the User, as per the laws in force: Article 13 of Italian Law 196/2003.

Users are invited to visit this page periodically, for information according to updated laws and regulations.

MILCHSTORE.COM by Pari SRL specifies that, while the use of personal data is necessary to execute the required services, Users are assured that the use of such data will not be used for profiling research, but solely to facilitate site management and the execution of orders.

Personal data, voluntarily provided by the User, will not be communicated nor sold to a third party.

The use of personal data by MILCHSTORE.COM by Pari SRL inside this web site will be executed with paper and electronic supports, according to the safety laws in force, for purposes which will be specified each time.

MILCHSTORE.COM by Pari SRL informs its Users are protected by Article 7 of the Italian Law n. 196/2003. Users can reserve the right to request the following information from MILCHSTORE.COM by Pari SRL:

  • the confirmation of the existence of personal data relative to the User
  • the clear communication of the data together with their source
  • the motives and the finality of their use

The request for the above information can be renewed with an interval of ninety days, except for the existence of justified motivations; the cancellation, the modification in anonymous format of all of the data in case of violation of laws, together with the data which is not used for the aims for which they were collected.

Returns

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 days for a size/merchandise exchange or refund.

Return Instructions

  • Clients must e-mail support@milchstore.com within 10 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). This e-mail must include Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size/merchandise exchange or refund.
  • Returns must be sent with UPS. Clients must write the Return Authorization Number on the Airway Bill, on the outside of the box and conplete the AirWay Bill as per the instruction in the RAN Email. (The UPS Courier will provide the Airway Bill to complete upon pick-up)
  • Returns for size or merchandise exchange of greater value are FREE. The item requested in exchange must be of equal or greater value of the returned merchandise to be handled as a free return. Free Return policy is limited to one size exchange.
  • Returns for refund or partial refund (for item exchange of lesser value than the returned merchandise) are at the client’s expense: shipments and return import fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returns must arrive within 10 days from receiving the R.A.N.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The original MILCHSTORE.COM Product Authenticity Tag with the original intact Security Seal must be attached to the item(s). Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • The returned item(s) must be in the same condition as sent, packaged in an orderly fashion, and have all original tags, extra buttons, dust bags, hangers, etc. Shoes and other accessories that were sent with original boxes must be returned in these boxes which cannot be used, damaged or altered in any way.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. MILCHSTORE.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
  • Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
  • All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of MILCHSTORE.COM. Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund.
  • MILCHSTORE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with UPS. If an unauthorized return is accepted, MILCHSTORE.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

MILCHSTORE.COM welcomes payments only from Verified PayPal Accounts. New Clients can pay with a Verified Paypal Account for immediate shipping. MILCHSTORE.COM will only ship to the Verified Paypal Account Address.
